Steel Tank Manufacturing Capabilities
TIGG Corporation’s primary steel tank and pressure vessel manufacturing facility is located in Heber Springs, AR and consists of combined shop areas totaling 55,000 square feet on 10 acres of property. TIGG is fully certified for fabrication of steel tanks and pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Code Section VIII and holds ASME U and R stamps.
In 2007, TIGG upgraded its manufacturing capabilities by acquiring and installing state of the art cutting, forming, fitting, welding, testing, blasting and finishing equipment. This new equipment, combined with our team of highly skilled, dedicated welders, painters and assemblers assures our customers that they will receive a high quality product on time at a reasonable price.
Our current manufacturing capabilities include providing steel tanks and pressure vessels up to 12 ft. diameter in carbon steel and stainless steel. Additionally, we can apply a variety of linings and finish coatings such as high solids epoxy and vinyl esters. We can also provide our own proprietary RX liner consisting of 200 mil polyethylene bonded to the carbon steel shell for superior corrosion and abrasion resistance.
